At I Care Global Development Initiative (ICGDI), our Health Support Programs are designed to complement the Federal Government’s efforts in providing accessible and affordable healthcare services to Nigerians, particularly the underserved and rural communities.
We recognize that health is a fundamental right, yet many people in rural areas and underserved communities lack access to basic medical care. Through our Health Support initiatives, we aim to bridge this gap by offering critical health interventions and support to those who need it most.
Our Health Support Programs focus on delivering free medical outreach to rural communities, where our team of doctors, nurses, and volunteers provide general health check-ups, preventive healthcare education, treatment for common ailments, and distribution of essential medications.
We also visit hospitals and medical centers to assist patients struggling to pay their medical bills by mobilizing funds from members and donors, ensuring they receive critical care without financial barriers.
Through collaborations with healthcare providers, government agencies, and international partners, we extend our reach and deliver impactful healthcare services to underserved populations, promoting a healthier and more equitable society.
