Youth Employability Skill Training

This project provides a structured pathway to improve youth employability by strengthening the foundational skills needed to enter and succeed in the workforce. Through three cluster workshops across the FCT and post-training mentoring, it aims to improve job readiness, empower young people to build meaningful careers and contribute to sustainable economic growth.
